Take five minutes every day and just sit in silence. In that time, put these questions to your attention and heart: ‘Who am I? What do I want for my life? What do 1 want from my life today?’ Then let go, and let your stream of consciousness, your quieter inner voice, supply the answers. Then, after five minutes, write them down. Do this every day and you’ll be surprised at how situations, circumstances, events, and people will orchestrate themselves around the answers. This is the beginning of synchrodestiny.
~ Deepak Chopra

Consider for a moment what you pay attention to all day long. What seems important to you, what do you take for granted and hardly attend to at all? Write it down. Do not judge your answers. Be honest and simple. As you keep track all week long, you’ll be amazed at what claims your attention, what you give your precious life force to.

There’s no need to search outside ourselves for the answers; we can find the answers in the same place that we found the questions.

Silence gives answers
In the solitude of your mind are the answers to all your questions about life. You must take the time to ask and listen.
Let me keep my distance, always, from those who think they have the answers.
